SottoTrenta. is a platform dedicated to extraordinary encounters.
n Valpolicella and at selected locations beyond, formats are created where culinary experiences, art and Embodiment enter into dialogue. Each project takes its own form, yet grows from a shared vision: creating spaces where people can experience deeply, meet one another and form meaningful connections.
Cuisine becomes an expression of hospitality and heritage. Art opens new perspectives on perception and presence. Embodiment turns attention towards the person themselves – towards the ability to remain connected with oneself while moving through change and transformation.
From private dinners at Villa Betteloni to artistic projects, from the salon events of Macbeth Reloaded. to HRV Communication programmes – all formats grow from the same vision: quality, authenticity and the creation of meaningful spaces for experience.

Private events at Villa Betteloni – Villa dei Poeti, tailor-made for special moments in the Villa’s historic rooms and gardens.
Seven fully equipped apartments as well as the exclusive use of selected areas or the entire estate – reserved exclusively for your event.
The catering is made exclusively to suit the occasion and your guests.
A special offering includes culinary retreat-style events, conceived and personally guided by Amanda.
For Private Gatherings, we are pleased to accompany you in German, Italian, or English – from the initial idea through to realisation, entirely in your preferred language.

Together with Amanda, private culinary experiences are created for small groups. Throughout the day, a carefully curated setting is the backdrop for exceptional cuisine, refined surroundings, and meaningful moments shared together.
Selected products are discovered directly at local producers, tasted, and prepared together, accompanied by a carefully chosen selection of classic wines from the Valpolicella region. Each experience follows the character of the group and the moment.

Macbeth Reloaded.
Macbeth Reloaded. brings together theatre and embodiment in a shared space of experience.
The performance explores how inner states become visible on stage and how presence, resonance, and new forms of perception emerge from them.
What is experienced on stage continues to resonate beyond the theatre.
Alongside performances at selected venues across the German-speaking region, Villa Betteloni hosts salon gatherings where art, conversation, and human encounter find their place.

HRV Communication
HRV Communication is SottoTrenta.'s Embodiment practice.
It begins with a simple question: How does our inner state shape the way we perceive, communicate and act?
The work supports people in remaining calm, clear and present, even in demanding situations. Through body awareness, breath, movement and voice, it cultivates greater self-regulation and communication that arises from presence rather than reaction.
Like all SottoTrenta. projects, HRV Communication is not a set of techniques but a space for experience, where presence, awareness and action can develop together.

The initiator and driving power behind SottoTrenta.
Amanda develops SottoTrenta. as a platform connecting high-end cuisine, art, and health.
At its core are special places, personal encounters, and formats that bring people together through shared experiences.
As host, initiator, and organizer, she creates her own culinary and artistic projects and provides a framework in which independent initiatives can find their place and enrich one another.
Whether at Villa Betteloni, at locations in Germany, or within international collaborations – SottoTrenta. stands for quality, authenticity, and encounters that stay in memory.
